I purchased this winch cable stopper because I was getting really tired of the stock stopper that came with the bike winding itself inside the apparatus. The one that comes with the bike is small, thin, and flimsy. This, however, is extremely well made. It is extremely hard and sturdy, and the installation is beyond easy. Within five minutes, you have it on, and you never have to worry about it again. I highly recommend this product.

I used this on my wire/cable side x side winch. It allows a cushion when I put the winch in without stretching the cable and also keeps it tight so it does clang around when going down the trail. Great product.
