they are a generic gel pad, I guess you call it. but to make them work longer and stick better, get a tube of "electrode gel" put it on each pad and rub it around then put on your body and you feel about 3 x the power out of the machine. great product!!! will buy again when I need more!!! this is saved in my "list"

I need them to attach a product to my body, but it's a challenge and a mess attaching them to the product.

Bought to replace the gel pads on my EMS device pads. The fit perfectly and were easy to install. Theyʻre sticky on both sides, so you just peel off on side and stick it to the EMS pad. The other side comes off easily when you're ready to use it. Old gel pads are easy to peel off and replace as well.

When replacing the old worn-out pads I tried to apply these from each side to see which worked better. They were very sticky on both sides and hard to work with. Peeling off the blue strip was the easy way but both peel back off fairly easily once applied. I spread them very thoroughly and waited before use but they don't last long compared to originals. I might be doing it wrong but this is kind of annoying.

These gel pads don't last more than a single use, they slide right off the electrodes. Also, and more importantly, they are about half the width(or less) of the original gel pads that came with the device, and painful to use. Because of the pain caused from the thin low quality, I am not able to turn the device up high enough to get any benefit from it with these cheap and ultimately useless, waste of money, gels.

Easy to use and you get a lot for the money. I have used them more than one use as long as I place the plastic peel back on the product. Comfortable and fits my ab and arm stimulator perfectly. Just like the original gel pads that came with my ab stimulator. Will be ordering again
