D Z Strad handmade Student Cello Model 101 w/Case, Bow and Rosin (4/4 - Full Size)

This is our second purchase of a D Z Strad, as with the first purchase it was great. The cello is beautiful, it sounds great and it came very well protected in its packaging.

When I open it up it was broken

I bought this for my wife for Christmas because a musician friend of mine told me that this Chello was one of the higher end and would be good for a beginner up to moderately advanced player. After only one stroke the bow broke and my wife was in tears but I contacted DZ Strad and they agreed that it must have been a faulty bow and sent me another new one immediately. It was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

Just purchased this cello. I've been playing music for a long time. Guitar, banjo, mandolin, keyboard, etc. I played the upright bass in high school, but I've not attempted the cello before. I'm impressed with the sound quality. The craftsmanship is nice it looks pretty sharp for a cello that's below 4 grand. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought this cello after renting one for several months… had concerns about damage during shipment but it arrived in perfect condition… going from a rental to this cello felt like going from a Pinto to a Cadillac…very pleased with the craftsmanship and sound quality of this instrument
