What I like about this product is that it is cheap but very durable. It is extremely good and it helps for a daily workout. The material for these bands are really good. It comes with 3 different size, color, and durability. They are very comfortable and easy to use. They are good for everyday uses when doing exercise. It came in with a nice package. Very good quality because it doesn’t twist like rubber bands. I recommend buying this product because it really easy to use and very comfortable.

I really really like these bands. They range from light resistance to really hard and they dont slip. Very durable and great for legs, glutes and arms. I use them specifically for glutes and you can feel the burn with these resistance bands. They are great and i love them. I was sceptical at first becasue i bought some from another brand. Those first ones wher rubber but kept slipping and woulnt hold and flimsy and was fraustrating to keep them in place and made me not want to work out. However these are the complete opposite and did the job great and i like how they came with instructions for certain workouts that help certain parts of the body to help you work out out effectively. Im glad i invested in these bands and i highly recommend these to anyone who wants to work out with bands but are sceptical to get them. Should you want to try any bands try these, i am almost very certain you wont be disappointed

I just completed my first at-home work out with these booty bands and I have to say that I am impressed. From the moment that I opened the packaging, I loved the quality of the bands and the no-slip material on the inside of the bands. There were three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. The sizes pertained to the amount of durability. The Large was perfect for using on a treadmill, the Medium was perfect for exercises on the mat like donkey kicks or jump squats, and the Small was perfect for arm exercises. I definitely felt the burn and was completely impressed given the low price I paid for the bands. I was especially impressed by the nice black mesh bag that the bands came with to store and transport back and forth between home and the gym. These bands are definitely a steal and I would recommend these to my family and friends!

I love these they don’t roll down or roll up

It comes with 3 different size and color bands, a mesh bag to hold the bands, a small booklet with some exercises in it and a card with a website to go to for videos and more exercises. One of the things that drew me to this set was the vibrant purple, pink and turquoise colors. Fun colors to make exercising fun.All the bands seem to have the same amount of resistance. As you can see in pictures, I used the largest on my thighs, and the smallest for my arms. I would not recommend this for bigger sized people unless they just want it for their arms. As you can see in the photos, it barely sits where it should on my thighs. These bands give a very good workout to both the thighs and arms.If used properly, the resistance should last a long time.

I ordered these to keep me toned during the Covid-19 lockdown and let me tell you what! These bands are no joke. They are extremely durable, thick and they just *feel* expensive for therapy bands. Overall a fantastic value. Order came 5 days earlier than anticipated. Packaging was great. Came in a yellow Amazon envelope and the product itself was sealed in a smaller plastic zip up bag. Inside this bag was a mesh storage/wash bag, a card for customer service, a use and care guide and then each band was individually packaged in its own zip top bag. The bands did smell a little funky (I’m thinking from the dye) but nothing too strong and after airing overnight, we’re just fine. Despite the fashion, they don’t unfasten from the loop (no Velcro or anything behind the label) which is great by me. Interior of each band has 2 bands of fine elastic that surprisingly didn’t snag or pull my leg hair or irritate my Sensitive bare skin. I love that a variety of tensions are offered so I can build up when I need to! Go with these! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

These bands are apart of my everyday routine! I use them for a number of workouts! Durable. the width/material makes them comfortable unlike those rubber ones. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have mixed thoughts about these. On the plus side they are super easy to slip on (compared to the sticky silicone kind) and they really don't budge or roll once they're on. However, the "resistance" aspect of these is more like they are just super small and don't stretch very far. Each band has the same amount of resistance, but they just get bigger - so the smallest band is labeled as the lightest resistance, but I think it's actually the heaviest. I don't know, I'm just confused by these. That said, I used the smallest band on the last day of my Chloe Ting challenge and it made the workout much harder than it had been with the silicone band I was using before.

Good quality but the grip on the inside looks quite different compared to the pictures and what other people seemed to have received. There is also no logo which initially got me interested in looking at these because I thought it was very motivating. No biggie but I was a bit confused. Why are mine so different? I'm a little disappointed.
