Great natural way to get things moving after constipating meds but a little pricey.
I’ve been using these for years since my accident because I’m on pain meds which slow my system and fybogel has been the best and most natural way to keep things moving. The last thing you want is to take more medicine so I’m very happy with these natural sachets. They’re small to carry in my purse and easy to use. The only down side is they’re a little pricey.

The best product I ever had for my malaise that can be pretty annoying. I found it at the airport in London at a 7 hour layover and, seriously, you can check out Boots thoroughly in 7 hours.
