Since i started taking this i feel my sleep quality has inproved, however i am also taking ZMA which is probably contributing too. The pills are easy to swallow and its only 1 a day. After watching numerous videos referencing Ashwaghanda and effective doses, this seemed like a no brainer. It also claims to be Ksm 66 extract which is the one you want. Apparently it really kicks in after 4 weeks, boosting testosterone so we shall see. I will get my bloodwork done and see if there's an improvement... if there is and i remember i will add to the review.

My sleep has been notably better, more relaxing and stress free dreams. It has been wonderful. I'll definitely be on this for my remaining years. And there is no flavour to the tabs. It also is a natural testosterone supply and works better than viagra!! such an amazing product at 17p a tab brilliant...

I love the capsule. Tried root powder as well but can not stand the taste. Those ones are organic and easy to take. Definitely improves my sleep.

Pros: Noticeably effective for anxiety, well presented & good value for money.Cons: Could use more ginger extract imo, it is dosed rather low.

I have been taking this supplement for approximately one week and my stress levels (according to my watch) have improved dramatically, as has my ability to sleep.

Unless you are changing only this to you diet / routine for a long period it is difficult to say what / if it has an effect at all. Normally people who seek out these kinds of remedies make other changes to their life which could have collective effect. I can't see them doing any harm so.... if it makes you feel better then go for it. Once the mind believes the body will follow.
