FramC4 Oil Cartridge Filter

Thank you Amazon for supplying, as promised in my mail box this morning, the correct filter for my '59 cadillac convertible on its first oil change under my ownership BUT all you others reading these words, BEWARE the supplied filter canister gasket is too small.. except for that small 'got'cha!" all went very well..see the picture..fortunately the existing gasket was in good condition and i could reuse it..

Replaced old deteriorated filter and now oil is flowing well in my 1950 Chevy.

I purchased this for use in my flathead Ford. I know it fits fine and will do the job. Filters have become pricey over the years but a necessary expenditure to keep the old engine in good shape. I love FRAM and I love FORD. :-)

Did not fit my 1949 Chevrolet 3/4 ton truck but a great product nice strong and durable.

Amazing that FRAM has made this filter for around 80 years, and so oil changes for my 39 Studebaker are no problem at all!

I've got an old Ford Flathead that requires this cartridge filter. They're getting harder to find locally. Thanks to Amazon for carrying them. It slid right into the canister - the way it's supposed to. Since I don't drive this old car very often, oil changes aren't very frequent so I'll probably be purchasing another filter in a year or two.
