Great investment!
The ball itself is great quality. Was easy to inflate with very clear instructions and all the parts needed to inflate it for use. I have worked out with it everyday since receiving the ball and it came with a printable PDF containing workout tips. I will buy the stand that is sold separately so that I can get even more use out of it. Works great for rocking babies to sleep as well.

good exercise & fun to use
followed directions to inflate so had no problems with that part. It is still inflated and enjoy using it. Just to sit and bounce is fun for all. Then there are so many ways to use it from easy things to big challenges if you check it out on line or on you tube. If you add the use of exercise bands, can work on arms, too. I am surprised at how comfortable it is to sit on just to do some typing. makes you sit with straight back, which feels pretty good. quality seems good & expect to have for a long time.

Doesn’t Inflate to Advertised Size
Received the ball…partially inflated OK…after the 24 hours wait period…tried to inflate the 65cm ball to 25”…no way…more like 22”.

Box was really beat up when I got it in the plastic bag and it seemed to have been a return that was taped up. Checked it out and it seems okay to use. There were scratches on the ball so I hope it stays inflated.
