Slim 3.2" Stomach Sleeping Memory Foam Pillow-Thin, Flat, Soft Yet Supportative for Belly, Back& Stomach Sleepers

This pillow is perfect for people who sleep on their stomach or side, or for small children old enough to use an adult pillow. It’s soft, but still a bit firm. I got it for my small son who has trouble sleeping comfortably at night, and he has slept so well and hardly moved since switching out his pillow.

I admit when I opened this box and gave the pillow time to expand I thought for sure it was going to not work for me - it was so thin. I have trouble finding comfy pillows. But from the first time used, this pillow has been incredible. I can’t believe how comfortable I am and how well I am sleeping all night long. So glad I decided to try it.

Yes, this is a long review, and I hope you find it helpful. If you’ve ever felt trapped in the endless cycle of pillow shopping, this review is for you. I’ve been on the hunt for 4–5 years, longer than my bed search, and I’ve probably bought and returned close to 30 pillows. Memory foam, down, gel, “cooling”—every promise, every gimmick. Most were either too tall, too flat, too bouncy, or collapsed after a few nights. What I wanted was simple: a pillow that lets my head sink in without pushing it up, with slow rebound foam that doesn’t go lumpy or need flipping. My old beloved pillow was a Sleep Innovations memory foam Classic from an older production run (possibly called “Classic” or “Comfort Classic”). Whatever they did back then, the foam was perfect—slow sink, no collapse, no neck tension. Sadly, newer versions feel different, bouncier, and just don’t match that legacy. The D’Light 2.7" finally hits the sweet spot. The lower loft makes a surprising difference compared to the 3.2" version—no more buoying my head too high. It’s squishy, supportive, and I slept through the night without neck tension. Yes, it’s wider than I’d prefer, but that’s a small trade-off for comfort I’ve been chasing for years. And here’s the real test: I bought this pillow on September 18, and nearly two months later I’m still very happy with it. In fact, I haven’t touched my old pillow since. If you’ve cycled through pillow after pillow, hoping for “The One,” this might be it. For me, it’s the closest I’ve come to replacing my old Sleep Innovations Classic—and that’s saying something. Here’s hoping I don’t have to add pillow #197 to the return pile.

I ordered over twenty pillows from Amazon over about two years and returned all but this DLIGHT. I have used this pillow about a month. In my experience, it's unique. If I smack it with my open hand, it hurts my hand, makes a "whomp" sound and barely indents; it feels and sounds just like a mattress. If I put my hand or my head on it it gently compresses just enough for perfect softness and support. This thin pillow fills the gap between head and mattress exactly right to stop neck and shoulder pain. My ears no longer hurt. Please don't assume that if you're a big person this pillow is too thin. I'm 5-9, 155 pounds and this pillow is terrific for me. I usually sleep switching from side to side but, with this pillow, I sometimes wake up on my back without a dry mouth (no snoring), so I can testify that it suits both side and back sleepers.

I bought 2 of these and I don't regret it! Perfect for someone who sleeps on their stomach, the thickness is perfect not too fluffy not too flat. The fact that it's memory foam and it conforms to you makes it even better. I also like to read books prior to falling asleep, this did not hurt my neck at all. So it's comfortable even when laying on your back. Would definitely purchase again. They are cooling but it's winter so only time will tell come summertime if the cooling will still be. Haven't had to wash yet as I just got them.

Love this pillow! Perfectly flat but not too flat. Great size for a pillow! Easy to use and put pillowcases on! Very soft! Worth the money! I’ve bought two and will probably purchase more in the future!

It’s great that you can find lower profile memory foam pillows now, and this one seems well made. It has an odor that will likely dissipate, but it’s not as bad as it could be. The issue for me is that the foam is very soft and not at all supportive, but if that’s what you’re looking for, it will be perfect for you.

La almohada es delgada no te lastima el cuello si duermes de lado o boca arriba. No se deforma con el uso tampoco guarda malos olores.

I can't rave enough about these pillows. The are low profile, supportive and soft. It is very hard to find pillows like this. I would recommend to anyone who requires supportive soft & comfortable pillow

This pillow gave me neck and shoulder pains.

As a side sleeper this is my all time favourite pillow. No neck pain anymore! I like that it is on the thinner side.
