Stack 52 Yoga Exercise Card Mega Pack by Certified Yoga Instructor

I have not ever done yoga before. Walking on the treadmill was not enough. I tell ya I could not hold some of these beginning poses for the full 20 sec. If your a beginner to this and want to start in the comfort of your home..definitely has made a mental and physical change for me..... thanks yoga stack 52😉

Fantastic for teaching kids yoga poses and super fun to line up and create your own sequence. My little yogis learned every pose in this deck so quick by having the pose displayed on the card! Love.

These cards are amazing! They make yoga so much easier because I don't have to plan a workout or find a video. The cards are attractive. I haven't used the QR codes because I haven't needed to. The description of the poses are really -written, and the pictures are easy to understand. I bought the base deck. I highly recommend you buy the Mega Deck. The base deck is fine, but I already want more cards. I'm hoping they will someday release expansion packs (I've looked for some. If they exist, I haven't found them).

I’m not pleased at all with the packaging of this product. As you can see from the pictures posted as soon as I opened the box it fell apart & I wasn’t happy about that. Yes, I can glue it back together but I shouldn’t have to, especially before I’ve even been able to use them. I ordered the bodyweight stack, flexibility stack & the resistance band stack also. The packaging held together fine on the other 3. The flexibility stack had a glossy feel/finish on the box (which I preferred), the other boxes were more of a flat matte finish/feel. I do like the magnetic closures, great touch! I also like the QR code’s which take you to YouTube videos of the exercise, I think this will be very helpful, very good idea. I just received my shipment last night so I’m looking forward to utilizing the cards in the next day or so. I think it was a very good idea to add the suggested fitness levels to the cards & color code them with respect to the body area that the particular card focuses on. The time and rep suggestions are beneficial also. Overall I give the cards a 5 but I felt the need to take one star away due to the packaging falling apart as soon as it was opened. These are little trainers in a box!

For beginners these cards make it easy. I was able to go through and sort out the cards I am not ready for. Because of the image, written description and being able to scan the card to watch a video I was able to convince my husband to try yoga also. Before our session, we shuffle the cards, cut the cards and take a section to complete. We will either go until we run out of cards or up to an hour, whichever comes first. It takes the guess work out and makes our yoga sessions relaxing and enjoyable.

Love it, easy to carry them with me because they are smaller than others I have and they are easy to read.

I have dozens of ‘pins’ from Pinterest of yoga sequences/routines but I found that there were certain ones I liked in one pin and others I liked in another and would forget about if I tried to do a sequence on my own. This lets me pull out the ones for the type of stretch I want to do that day/week. I love love love the QR code feature. I am a visual learner and although I can visualize the written part, seeing it helps me more. I just ordered the resistance bands deck and the dumbbell deck. I also just ordered a 4 pack card holder so I can see them at a glance instead of on the floor.

I love these cards! They are great for helping guide asana practice in a fun way! The reason I give it 3 stars versus 5 stars is that I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of diversity in the yogi illustrations on these cards. Every single yogi is caucasian or light skin toned. There is diversity in gender, hair color, and even the clothing; but there is not a single person of color represented in the face of these cards. Yoga is beautifully diverse! These cards did such an amazing job in so many arenas and missed the mark totally to celebrate cultural diversity with this product. Do better, be better.

Wonderful gift for under $30 - Stack 52 are the best on the market. I have been using them for years to keep fit. Love the thought and attention to detail that was put into the product, the beautiful illustrations, packaging etc. Recommended!

These are large thick cards. Good quality. This is a quick easy way to do yoga, especially for newbies, without having to download an app, go to a class, or spend a bunch of time researching it. My husband, who is tense and not flexible, has been doing the routines with me. He says he felt a difference right away. It's nice that the cards are colour coded to easily pick a specific level of difficulty. Each card has basic instructions, which are typically enough, but there is a QR code on them as well for a short youtube video. NOTE: we have found that some of the QR codes can be glitchy and have taken us to the wrong pose video. Overall I would recommend this.
