Is a poster instead of a book a good solution to add dumbbell exercises to my boring routine? Yes! I stapled the poster to the closet door next to my physical therapy bed. Since the poster has both reclining and standing suggestions, I'm able to see the while lying down, and I can see them while standing. There so many exercises from which to choose, targeting every area. Glad I didn't buy another book to constantly turn pages looking for the exercise I need, many of which don't even include pictures. This poster works for me, and I'm thrilled with the results.

Love this poster! It hangs in my gym as a resource. I love that I can mark it up using a dry erase marker to keep track of my reps and weight! My kids are new to working out and appreciate the visuals as well.

I like the chart, I'm 62 though. And I feel it's a little too advanced. Just one or two. The feel the workout.

Like the product overall, but it does not have any hanging device, grommets, hanging rope, etc. It is thin vinyl and needs to be layed out flat or hung for a period of time until it stays open. The information on it is very good.

Picture showing the poster is the size of the person posing next to it is false. This poster is a lot smaller than advertised. I wish it was bigger.

It is perfect for our gym and helpful.

Is there a good reminder of all the exercises I can do with my dumbbells, weight bench and barbells. All these exercises don’t immediately come to mind but now I have a nice variety by referring to the poster.
