Sharp side edges
The grip could be a little better the side edges are very sharp sliced my finger pretty good make sure to wear gloves.

Perfect for more delicate work
I was looking for a very flexible metal scraper for cake decorating and working with ganache. These are thinner and more pliable than American style putty knives and stainless steel so they will not rust. Highly recommend for more precise work.

These are great! I love using them with bondo, Colad uv putty, and even aquacoat. Be careful as edges are sharp

Good for use with pasta extruders
I use these to cut extruded pasta from the front of my pasta machine. The blades are thin enough that I can make thin, precise cuts.
