Unraveling after one wash
These were cute for a fundraiser BBQ we hosted. Glad I didn't wash them first as a lot of them had the trim begin to unravel. They were washed and dried on delicate cycles to try to prevent it happening, but still started to come apart. I need them for another party in a few weeks and now have to mend a bunch which is a pain. AND, there's an annoying tag on them that was sewn on what I assume to be the top side (since the other side shows all the stitching.) which is ugly and impossible to remove without destroying the lace hem. That said, they're pretty and I'll still use the ones that survived (~75% of the 4 packs I ordered) hence getting any stars. So disappointed given the price (way overpriced for the quality) and the point was to have something for parties I can reuse rather than disposable napkins.

I regret buying these
I ordered these for thanksgiving, but I will not use them. They are very poorly made. The first photo shows what some other reviewers commented on: the tag is attached to what appears to be the face of the napkin. What I would have thought was the back of the napkin shows unattractive chain stitching. The second photo shows another issue. The trim is stopped and started at the middle instead of at a corner. The third photo shows a pull in the fabric. I did wash the napkins. I didn’t inspect the napkins before I washed them, so I cannot say if the fabric was damaged in the wash or not.Not shown in the photos is the unevenness of the stitching. I knew these would be lightweight and would need ironing, so I’m not including those characteristics among the flaws. But if you are looking for heavier napkins, you won’t be happy with these.

Not worth it
Bought two sets of the same colored napkins for a bridal shower. When I opened the package they had sent me two different colors, rather than the matching like I ordered. I decided to keep them because the mixed shades looked good together. However, I wish I would have just returned them then because I washed these napkins once and the material has balled up and they look terrible, I wont even be using them for the shower.

Money not well spent
These napkins are not a heavy napkin at all. You can just about see through them. They cannot be used in a napkin fold because they are so thin and limp they won't hold their shape. They have to be ironed after washing and they are not perfectly square. And if you iron over the tag, it melts. I am very disappointed in these napkins. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I will not be using these for my Thanksgiving dinner.

Simple and Pretty
These napkins are very nice - they’re a a light flax in color and texture, and have a simple, pretty detail around the hem. They’re a cotton/linen fabric, so they’re really wrinkly when they come out of the wash (cold water on gentle cycle, tumble dry), but a warm iron quickly presses them flat. They’re not thick and slippery like a standard polyester commercial napkin, so they roll easily and fit nicely into a napkin ring. I’m really happy with them,

Perfect for casual, starch for special occasions
Just what I wanted for daily use. Large, soft, natural fabric with sweet hemstitch detail and very good stitching on mine. I don't even need to iron if I gently stretch and hang dry, but the cotton with a touch of flax irons well. If getting out of square bothers you, be extra careful as you iron to prevent uneven stretching and distortion of the square. These are thin and floaty. (If you want drapey, thick, formal event napkins like hotel catering uses you will find these much too casual, but I think they'd be very cottage-chic if starched for a special party.) I got the white because I use every day, and have bleached spaghetti sauce and pizza stains away with great success. I suspect the colorful options would stain terribly due to natural fibers. I love them!

Wrinkles will never go away, trim comes off
These are so wrinkled after washing that they bunch up into a firm wad. I tried ironing them and there is no removing the wrinkles. Set the iron to 'linen,' turn on the steam, iron ONE napkin for 20 minutes and the wrinkles are still visible, the 'mitered corners' are not so 'mitered' and inhibit folding. I don't have a professional press and won't be dry-cleaning my napkins, sorry. If that wasn't enough, they've been washed once and the lace trim is coming off or coming apart. I'm sure they'll make lovely rags for my boyfriend's painting business, but easy care napkins they are not.

Perfect for fall and winter!
I have not washed them yet so I cannot comment on that aspect. It says 100% cotton so I’m expecting to have to do a little ironing once I wash them. They have mitered corners which is a sign of quality manufacturing, a minor detail but one I definitely appreciate! These are just slightly thicker than most napkins, perfect for fall and winter dinners. The texture gives them the impression of being thicker. Overall, they are beautiful dinner napkins and a fantastic price ($15.99 at the time I bought them). Will be using them for Christmas dinner this year! They look especially great with these wooden napkin rings. Love the navy color of them as well, the close up picture I added to my review shows a pretty good idea of the color and texture.

Great napkins, l will buy more
This napkins are a very pretty colour and you can tell the material is 100% cotton. Although the label says to wash it in cold water, I took a risk and washed them at 30 with no problems of shrinkage or loss of colour. I'd probably wouldn't recommend tumble drying unless you feel like ironing (who does? ).I am very happy to do my bit for the environment by saving on disposable napkins and l will definitely recommend this product to all my friends. Please let me know if you found this review helpful !👍

Good Cotton napkins
These are good quality everyday cotton napkins. They washed up well and didn’t shrink. They are cotton so will crease if tumble dried, less so with line drying, but I still iron them (while slightly damp if tumble dried) as I prefer them to look tidy. They are a nice size and are made well, one or two edges were not quite perfectly straight but it’s hardly noticeable. We have several sets of cotton napkins in an assortment of colours and patterns. I like these black ones as they don’t stain. As a family we use them daily and have no issues at all. Good price for 12. Delivery was as expected. They do soften up the more they are washed, initially they were quite stiff. Very happy with the purchase. Am buying more in red.

Thin and cheap-feeling
When I bought these they were being described as restaurant-quality; clearly whoever said this has never been to a restaurant. These are unbelievably thin little wisps of fabric, not at all a proper thick linen napkin. They're more like handkerchiefs. I don't imagine they'll last long as they're so flimsy, the quality is awful, the sewing is inconsistent and messy, and they crease as soon as you look at them. I had no time to buy others for my dinner, so did use them once, but threw them away afterwards. Not even worth keeping.
