Watch your tv from different angles!
I really enjoy being able to tilt my tv towards the living room, or towards the kitchen and dining area. Great value for the money!

Just what I was looking for

It does the job
Instructions are vague, but it’s pretty self explanatory to the average handyman. Make sure the Allen bolts are tight before hanging the TV.

Seems great..here are the drawbacks
Bought due to price and need. This is my first "horizontal" tv bracket style mount.PROS:Comes with various hardware.Single stud install.Arm is long making it easy to get behind it to do whatever is necessary for adjustmentsCables can be hooked and wrapped with problems if done mindfuly.2 location of the tv mount "hooks" allows for different types of tv's to be placed as desired.CONS:* Wall mounting bolts are kind of iffy for strength, but since it used 3 of them that makes up for it unless you overtorque it when installing. They can break.* The arm is REALLY STIFF. You have to loosen the bolts on it to be able to move the tv once installed in any feasible manner. If you push the tv (see next point)...* The bracket on which the "hooks" hang has no holes into which the tightening screws can go. This means any push and the tv will slide. IF you tighten the screws, it just bends back the tab in which they are installed. There are tabs as the end of the bracket to I would guess prevent it sliding off, but I think they'd bend easily.* The arm (when you can finally push it around after loosening a lot) fold back in such a way that the "elbow" pushes into the wall and can cause damage. Also, the "hand" that grabs the tv horizontal mount does the same thing if you push the tv all the way back. I had to use some felt "bumpers" to prevent crushing the drywall.* Horizontal leveling is very difficult if you are one person and the tv is big. This design requires 4 screws to be loosened and tightened. Despite the mount itself being level on install,, once the tv weight goes on it is a totally different ballgame! It's not a quick release and level style.* Also, the vertical tilt is a 2 screw design. That is harder to deal with as one tightened won't hold the heavy tv in place while tightening the second. You need another person unless you give it about 3 to 10 tries alone.I consider this style a learning experience. I wish I'd gone another route, however. I will be returning the second one that I bought and do just that. I bought another style (different "brand" name, but definitely same maker) that avoids all of the cons EXCEPT the tightening screw issue will be the same. I've already unboxed it to check these cons.

It works but does not have the movement range they imply
Best thing is that it is cheap. I bought a good used one for like $27, so I can't really complain. There is no vertical adjustment other than moving the bolt location on the back of the tv. It will only sit close to the wall if it is exactly centered. If you have to adjust your TV left or right of exact center it will stand a good foot away from the wall.

Mostly great but tilt adjustment is poor
Seems well made, very solid. Installation was ok, they provide a template to mark the wall, which is nice. My only real complaint is the tilt adjustment. You have to loosen two screws, one on either side, then the tv slumps down, then one person has to hold the tv at the right angle while the other tightens the screws from either side. I tightened the screws as hard as I could and it still seems to have tilted some afterwards. A better tilt adjustment is needed.
