Not as pictured
It was a smaller plant like most herbs you get in a supermarket. It was fine. Just show the right picture.

How to care for your rosemary plant
People are complaining here that they’re not getting as bushy a rosemary plant as pictured, and that their plants die very quickly. I found that Whole Foods tends to overwater the rosemary for the delivery commute, and rosemary actually prefers dry, loamy, quickly draining soil, and will suffer from root rot if left in a small, soggy pot.My advice: take the rosemary out of the small plastic pot and plastic wrapping when it arrives in your home. Pull out the plant, and let the scrunched together roots dry out a bit. You can use a paper towel to pat dry the roots if they are especially soggy, as I found mine. Then, repot in a bigger container with easy drainage (holes on the bottom) and additional soil mixed with equal parts perlite and/or sand. You can find potting mix for succulents on Amazon. That’s the kind that rosemary likes.I had mine for a few weeks and it did okay after a bit of extra TLC. I then ordered another rosemary plant, and accidentally received two (instead of the mint plant I asked for!) I potted these together, so now, for the price of $6, plus a bit of extra potting mix, I have recreated the photo in this item description. It’s still a pretty good price for a houseplant.Rosemary is a perennial, so if you take good care of it, it can last several years. Just remember that it’s prone to root rot if the soil is too damp. Make sure to use the right kind of potting mix and a pot that drains easily.

Nice healthy plant, but not as full as in listing.
The image shown in the catalog was much fuller than what I got. However, the plant appears healthy and free of bugs. The picture I am posting is the repotted plant to set better expectations of what is received.

Incredibly small
This rosemary plant consisted of the equivalent of one sprig. That one sprig is in good shape, hence two stars.
