Excellent quality. Good taste and absorbency
I've used the tiny sublingual B12 tablets for years but switched to Klaire Labs drops based on the recommendation of the RN at my doctor's office. For some reason, my B12 levels were not always staying within the normal range. So far I'm very happy with the drops. My B12 levels are staying within the normal range for the first time in a long time. The drops are easy to use. You don't take just a drop, it's a syringe full. But it's not too much to hold in the mouth for the 30 seconds as suggested. I usually keep them in my mouth longer. The drops have a slight cinnamon flavor that is pleasant. I'll stick with these from now on.

This IS the B12 to take if needed
I read the other reviews, and they helped me find my way to this product. [ I like products that sell based on facts rather than marketing.] I am so impressed with this product that it deserves a review. First, it has all of the desirable attributes: it's methyl. it's liquid and comes with a dropper. it's stored in dark glass. Second, the taste is just excellent. I have purchased other types of products only to discard them because of the sugar. This product is just the B12 with some understated cranberry and cinnamon flavouring. There is no after taste. Third, if you happen to have a friend who's a molecular biologist it gives you even more assurance in this particular product. I can't commend the company enough for coming up with such a good vitamin at such a reasonable price. Pre-amazon I could have searched everywhere for something like this; now it's easily accessible and I really appreciate that. (By the way, as I am writing this, there is a headline in the heath news today about how many other drugs unintentionally deplete B12.)

Works great
This product was recommended by my dermatologist, and it has helped to plump up and smooth my skin. I was skeptical initially, but I really like it.

Felt an increase in energy
I read that a lot of prescription mediations, ie: meds for acid reflux such as proton pump inhibitors, can reduce your ability to absorb vitamin B12. I was experiencing some mental fogginess that I couldn't explain and my research led me to B12. Even got a book on vitamin B12. Wished I would have gotten the book years ago as we may have been able to help my mother in law while it was still possible. Her deteriorated physical condition unfortunately now is permanent and b12 won't be able to reverse that. I like the liquid version better than pill form as it can get absorbed into the blood stream by placing a few drops under your tongue. If you take vitamin B pills, do it with a meal. Taking it on an empty stomach will almost guarantee you'll get very nauseous. My mental fogginess has also disappeared since supplementing with vitamin B (I take both pills and these drops). Also check out information on magnesium. Good health to all.

Too sweet
So sweet it makes me sick. Gives me a headache. I am on a low sugar diet and don't want to spike my insulin. This vitamin B12 has high dosage of sugar/artificial sweetener. Yet, the ingredients don't list any sweetener.
