Got this as a spare for when our 1st grader needed one for her class this year. Figured it would work for our kiddos to practice their writing at home as well instead if going through stacks of writing paper. And our kids don’t just write on paper, they shred them to bits to play with, color/draw/paint on it, cut it up, use it to make clothes/cars/shoes for their toys, and anything kids can imagine to do with paper. But this? This is great! They can’t cut or shred it up. They can actually practice writing on it, and easily wipe off any mistakes and start over. The back is a blank white dry erase surface as well, that they have “free drawing time” when they’re done with writing. We also use the blank side to do math problems and objective sketches when needed. We use Expo brand dry erase makers as they don’t stain as much as other brands. Highly recommend this for at home practice.

I bought these whiteboards years ago, and couldn't find this brand to order more for my 3rd graders. I bought a different brand, which is already quite chipped after 2 months. These U-Brands boards are top quality: sturdy, well-finished edges that don't chip, smooth finish that erases easily and doesn't ghost the ink. The students have noticed the difference, too, and are asking for more of these as Xmas presents.

Wow, great board. Great deal . I didn't expect this board to be of such high quality. Thick, heavy duty. Smooth and wipes clean with included U Brand Pen. Couldn't be happier. Careful of red ink as it's harder to wipe off. All other ink wipes off and no trace left of it. Hooray.

I purchased this to help with homework for my 3rd grader - instead of scrap paper, we use this to think through math problems, visualize problems, etc. I also plan to use the lined side for practicing handwriting with my kindergartner. Both of my kids recognize that they use a board like this in school, so that familiarity helps with their engagement when using it. I also really like that it's a board rather than a mini whiteboard with frame - it's easier to hold and more stable for writing. The loop to hold the marker is also a bonus to make sure we always have one on hand!

I love these boards. They are very sturdy. I work with Special Education littles and I have to have good sturdy items such as these. I also really like the lines on one size for beginners and blank on other side. I’m so anxious to be back to school!

Best bang for your buck!!better than others that gets stained plus it’s thick,sturdy, and light weight! Perfect product so I don’t have to waste money teaching my daughter to wright on paper, if I was a teacher this would be in my classroom

Update! Excellent boards and erases easily! My Grade 2 students love them. Perfect for our Zoom Virtual learning sessions. As a teacher it’s impossible to function a virtual class without them! The quality is amazing and the material the best I’ve ever seen in mini white boards and I’ve used several brands for over (10) years and this is the best brand ever!! Please restock as they are not available now!!!. Great for immediate formative and summative assessment of my students in Math, Science, and ELA.

These boards are perfect for little learners. One side is blank for drawing, and the other is lined to practice letter formation and writing. They are very sturdy and a good size for my kindergarteners. A great gift for parents as we move into quarantine and online learning come January. They will definitely help boost engagement.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to replace some great mini whiteboards that I had been using in my classroom for years but everything I saw in stores looked cheap. These are sturdy, look good and so far working well. Hopefully they will last as long as my previous whiteboards!

I had ordered these thinking they were bigger. Though they are a good size. I also didn't realize that both sides of the white boards. Lol In the end they were more than I was expecting. It was a good investment!

Don't waste money and buy the cardboard lab boards at Staples and Walmart. This is the real deal and at a great price! Was absolutely thrilled when I opened these. Perfect for a classroom setting.
