I bought this bench so I could do some bench work at home. I don’t feel comfortable using the benches at the gym due to my inexperience, so I wanted a way to get some experience with the bench at home and be able to work out any time I want. The parts are very well organized and packaged. All you need is an adjustable wrench. It is a solid bench that stands up to my cross training routine. Very pleased with the overall quality of this bench: firm padding with high quality cushions that have sturdy stitching.

I use a lot of benches because I travel a lot. Mainly hotel gym benches. This bench does not wobble or creak and pop at all and is very easy to adjust. Extremely light for how sturdy it is and very comfortable. I weigh about 230 and have been using them to press 100lb dumbbells (total weight 430) and it’s awesome so far. The flat position is a pain at first as some have mentioned but I like that it has that extra support. I took a pic of the information included in the box that states this bench is rated for 1000lbs max as advertised. Awesome bench! Worth the money! And it looks and feels like a professional bench minus weighting a ton.

Nice bench with several options for adjustable angles, it even has a decline position and seat adjustments. You dont need to have dragon flag handles installed or the feet pads. I left those of my unit to make it more streamlined.

Overall it’s a good bench. Decline, flat, incline adjustment easily. Put it together in 5 minutes. No tools needed (comes with them). Not too tall in flat position. It’s what you get for $180. Not bad, not a $700-$1000 cybex or hammer strength bench. But again, price is low. Good bench for the price. Doesn’t wobble much (does a little, they all do less than $350).

Just received this bench today and it took about 15 minutes to put together. So far it has exceeded our expectations. Seems very sturdy and has every feature. I used it for one workout that included step ups and I see no issues with it.

Solid bench easy to put together and still putting it to the test everyday. The handles for the dragon flag work great. When you put the few bolts on you can over tighten them and start to crush the metal tube.

Works great, makes workouts much more efficient. Comfortable to use, nice workmanship.
