Orion Images company says issues for this particular model was a first for them.
It may be a lemon. First unit was dead on arrival (Dec 2014). Replacement unit (2nd unit) last only a couple of weeks. Another new unit (3rd unit) lasted a couple of months. 3rd unit was repaired, but the Video 1 input started to malfunction after a week. Used the Video 1 output to get images. Have an ULTRAK KM-12 B&W CRT CCTV monitor placed in service in 1994 that is still working today.
