Works great!
I love this product! I’ve wasted lots of money on washaway stabilizers that are difficult to use , don’t wash away, and leave fabric stiff. I’m so glad I finally found this great product and highly recommend it! I use it for needle turn applique pieces and it gives fabric a soft body and a nice turned under edge to follow which makes applique work easier. And, have found no reason to wash it out because there is no stiffness to the fabric after using. I have not used it on raw edge applique so can’t comment on that.

So glad I tried it.
I have wanted to repair my favorite jeans for a while now. When I saw this used for embroidery I decided to give it a try for sashiko like mending. It did leave my needle sticky, but not too bad. Heat and humidity made it feel more sticky. It is not permanent in placement, so it will move around a bit if given the chance but always adjusted back to where I wanted it. Washed off without a problem, but did run it through the washer to get all of it off.

Great for appliqué
Works great for prepared edge appliqué. At my local Quilt shop, they carried this product and some packaging said “semi-water solvable” and some said “water solvable”. I’ve bought both kinds now, from Amazon and LQS and they are the same. ( same mfg) This product is not like embroidery machine use style clear water soluable that totally disappears. This leaves a little tiny soft fuzz on the back. It in no way impacts the hand of the fabric, or the sew ability. Actually, even for embroidery, it would feel soft against skin, if necessary.

My Favorite
For hand embroidery this is perfect. The needle will stick, because it picks up the adhesive. But it isn't an issue if you use an emery bag to clean it periodically.I love the way it washes completely out using warm water.I've tried using several kinds of pens to transfer my own artwork onto the stabilizer. The Pigma Micron work great and wash out completely leaving no trace of color behind. Pilot G-2 bleeds!Using contrasting colored ink from the thread color works perfectly.Great for dark fabrics. No eye strain!

I really liked this product
I really liked this product. I ordered it after seeing it used in an embroidery book, but used it first to print a picture of a tiger face, attach it to material and cut out for an applique on a T shirt. It printed easily on my printer, and was easy to handle on the material, and could be removed, and repositioned. I am looking forward to using it for other applications.

Worth it
Work good, better than drawing on the fabric.

Not sure of product yet.
I have only used the product a couple of times since I purchased it. IT seems to be difficult to embroider through. It makes the needle stick. It is hard to wash off. I will try again but I probably will not buy it again.

Works well for stabilizing hand embroidery work
I am a beginner to embroidery - I am mainly interested in learning it to embellish hand sewn quilt appliques I have created as a part of my quilts. I have used these on the appliques I have made and it is working really well.
