My 2nd set to return in 45 days
1st ratchet broke in 30 days, the 2nd set arrived 15 days later and contained the wrong products (ratchet rated for 40 lbs/torque rather than the 65 lbs/torque as advertised and pictured on box label. All units arrived in an undamaged/unopened factory boxing. Tried calling Customer Service at AC Delco, for exchange with correct ratchet, but was directed to connect with Amazon instead. So I am just returning this item for a complete refund. Very frustrating process, may be time to look elsewhere than Durofix/AC Delco
