Q: Does any one use these gloves for cleaning and filleting and slicing fish? How well do they protect from pokes and cuts from fish teeth, etc?

Yes, that's is reason I bought these gloves. Cleaned several fish since I had them with no cuts. They're great for handling the fish like retrieving them from a live well or bucket. Even cleaned a couple of catfish, which are definitely hard to handle, with no cuts or pokes.

The Gloves are cloth with rubber coating on palms and fingers so not very high

Q: Are these gloves puncture proof so hooks and fish fins aren't going through the glove?

Not puncture proof but puncture resistant. I have used them to remove hooks from bluefish and have not had any punctures from hooks or sharp teeth.

Q: Are these gloves machine washable?

I use mine to pull fish off hook or out of net. When fish are caught fresh, no fish smell. Do wash them in river at the end of fishing.
