There are essentially two boxes, they slide over one another from the open end. We wrapped our tv in bubble wrap completely covering the tv and creating a filler for the oversized box then slid the boxes over each end until the met and overlapped each other. Then we sealed the boxes at the joint with packing tape. Not what we expected but it worked for our move.

I see different answers. is it for 2 tv’s or just one? some say is for one, some say is for 2, which one is it??

If it says 2 boxes then it is 2 separate boxes for 2 separate TVs. However when I moved my flat screens are thin enough I was able to fit 2 TVs in 1 box. Worked perfectly for me. They were also great for shipping my guitars and other things like artwork and just random stuff like shelving and stuff.

This came with two tops and one bottom - is that correct?

There are two pieces to the box one fits inside the other, open end to open end. I wrapped my tv with 3/4 inch bubble wrap, and taped the bubble wrap in place.
