Farringtons Mellow Yellow Mayonnaise (240g)

A delicious mayonnaise with the perfect consistency. I wanted to try a few mayonnaises that were organic and/or non-GMO; this is both. I also like the flavor of rapeseed oil so this was a natural choice. I like it, though the dab of dijon mustard came as a surprise. The dijon mustard overrides the rapeseed flavor a little bit, though not unpleasantly. I still want to find some that is straight rapeseed.Jim
