Survive Outdoors Longer Slim Rescue Howler Whistle, 2ct (Pack of 3)

I used this whistle on a thru hike because it scored on all the important attributes. It is extrememly loud and easy to hear even with wind or stream noise interference. It is small and flat, easily fitting on a string around my neck 24/7, and not interfering with pack straps. And it weighs next to nothing. I like it so much I bough several to give as gifts, and one for my spouse's keychain as an emergency whistle. Great tool.

Small compact and lightweight whistle. Very high pitch, will be great if lost in the woods! Only thing I didn't realize was that it doesn't come with any type of lanyard or attachment.

The whistle is loud and not exactly high or low pitched compared to competitors but it’s loud enough and sustain the enough to be used in water and woodland situations.

I’ve had these for years but recently purchased more for my elderly parents. Lightweight enough for my dad to wear around his neck to call for help when he falls. He can’t holler very loud but it takes very little effort to blow this whistle and be heard from the back of the house. There’s no moving parts and would work if wet. Trying to get him to just wear it in the shower too.
