I took all of the bottle. The taste was not good, but was tolerable! However, I took it with Ashwagandha Gummies and the taste of the 2 together was awesome! Unfortunately, I honestly cannot tell a difference in taking it or not taking it. This surprised me because I take the Mushroom Gummies with Lion's Mane and I can tell a difference if I forget to take it even one night! The next day my focus is not as good.

A very slight difference to the cap of container - now ridged as compared to my previous order that isn't ridged.Significant difference in this order though, is the taste of the gummies. This batch is drier, chewier and less sour. More like a gummy candy. Not a fan of this batch. I feel like I am not getting any cider at all.
