This is the best lotion I have ever tried. There are a few weeks in winter where my hands really need a good lotion. This brand really does hydrate my hands without the oily feel. I will definitely purchase again when it runs out.Note: The night one comes out very fast! So squeeze it just a little.

I received my order yesterday. I removed the seal from the nighttime hand cream so I could use it before bed. Woke up to my hands feeling noticeably softer and the cracks aren’t hurting like they normally do.However, this morning I was going to remove the seal on the regular cream and the seal was missing. I noticed the regular cream feels slightly lighter than the nighttime cream. I hope no one tampered with it. Not sure if the regular cream is supposed to be unsealed or not, but I’d much rather stuff like this be sealed for peace of mind that is hasn’t been used or tampered with.

This is hands down the BEST hand cream I've ever used in my entire life. Seriously, this clears up almost any possible skin condition I've had that I can throw it at.It definitely moisturizes your skin like regular skin moisturizer, but it does a lot more, especially if you leave it overnight. The night version specifically is the way to go if you've got some cotton gloves to put it on underneath. That cleared up cracks on my skin in one single night.The night version doesn't absorb as well as the regular version, though. That's why I recommend using the normal version during the day, and the night version during the night, which seems to be intended, but if you won't be doing much with your hands during the day, feel free to apply the night version and just try not to touch anything that'd result in you getting the lotion anywhere other than your hands. (or use some gloves)However, it is pretty pricey, so unless you really need something like this because your skin isn't responding too well or at least well enough to other brands, then I'd recommend something by a larger brand like CeraVe purely for cost reasons.

And to be fair, it does work well enough overnight or when my hands are really dry.But there are a few things that keep me from loving it. The biggest issue is the smell—it’s not exactly pleasant. It’s kind of medicinal and strong, which makes using it throughout the day less appealing. Also, while it does moisturize, it takes a while to fully absorb, leaving my hands feeling greasy for a bit afterward. This isn’t a huge deal if I’m just lounging at home, but it’s annoying when I need to use my hands right away.To be fair, it’s effective for severely dry skin, and it’s reasonably priced for the size. But for everyday use, it’s just okay. If you’re dealing with really bad cracks or dryness, it might be worth trying, but don’t expect it to feel luxurious or smell nice. It gets the job done, but it’s not something I’d repurchase unless I was desperate.

I tried everything. Jergens, Cetaphil, Aquaphor, all of the previously mentioned with cotton gloves at night - nothing seemed to cure my cracking skin. I moved from Hawai'i (very warm year-round) to Colorado (very harsh winters), so my skin was drying out like crazy. Ever since using O'Keefes, my skin has felt better than it has in decades. The night cream is a little thinner (more liquid-y), smells slightly of lavender, and works great when applied before bed (especially if you use cotton gloves to lock in the moisture overnight).
