Greenworks16-Inch Chainsaw Replacement Chain 29132

Shane is partially right on this chain. As soon as I tried cutting there was something not right. The chain fits model 20312, but it is very jumpy and erratic saw performance. The reason is, there is less cutting teeth, so the saw becomes jumpy and cuts slower. I am returning mine.

Amazing what you can do with a battery powered saw! I'm clearing cedar trees and some oak from 2 acres and I can get a lot done before the battery is gone... I'm buying another battery just so I can cut longer.The chain has derailed a few more times tha. I would like but very easy to out back in... No tools needed. Large trunks can be done within reason but you have to back off pushing down every so often or the overhear warning sounds and stops the saw.4 solid stars and I'd buy it again.

Wondered why this new chain didn't work-then saw that other people were having trouble with it for the 20312 model. Do not buy if you have the 20312 chainsaw!

It worked perfectly until I used it for cutting pampas grass roots apart. Even then it lasted much longer than I had expected for such abuse and it did not stretch out. I will buy another soon as it is getting dull cutting roots in soil.

The first on did not seem to stay sharp very long. Only cutting pine. But no real complaints.

The chain is supposedly a Greenworks 16" chain. But it isn't identical to what came with the Greenworks saw. The teeth are wider. It goes on easily, but pops off frequently. Basically useless.
