Amsterdam 9 (inglés) (Lonely Planet Amsterdam) Paperback – March 27, 2014

We love Lonely Planets. Got the one for Rome and loved all the recommendations. Sadly many of the places were closed for August holidays. Sent this one to my bestie for her trip with her husband over Christmas and she said it was FABULOUS! Enjoy!

So much information in this book! It includes everything you'd want to know about Amsterdam. It is frank and honest, while still giving you all the essential information about getting around, and where to go. Full of beautiful color pictures, too! A great buy.

Great for navigating, we loved the highlights and recommendations, but the Lonely Planet maps are well overdue an update for e-readers. They were particularly annoying to use on the Kindle we have, flipping pages back and forth and zooming in and out, as the maps were too small to see on the page and you have to locate what the numbers are on a whole different page. Let's get with the technology already!
