I was actually very surprised that 2 capsules serving only has 64 mg of caffeine (same as 1/2 c. coffee). I thought it had more caffeine, by the way it perked me up. Could have been placebo effect, but hey I'll take it however I can get it (the energy is hard to come by after age of 50). Helped me get over the afternoon slump, when I'd normally drink (another) cup of coffee, but I quit most of my daily coffee intake to improve gut health. Definitely find these helpful. Note: I took them too close to bedtime the other day, around dinnertime to energize me for a workout, and I had insomnia. So probably best to use earlier in day.

This product works ok for me. Energy comes later. Gives me a slight headache. Good to take if you don’t want to do an energy drink.

Didn't seem to give me the energy I once got from the product a few years ago. Did something change & why was it off the market?

I got these first for my son. He was always so tired. Well guess who cleaned the day he got them? Then I bought them for me... I took two this morning. NOTHING works for me because I have chronic fatigue and MCTD. Very ill. Well took two pulls this morning and am speed racing in my wheelchair getting things done. Even helped with appetite. I gave up trying things. Money wasted. But because the cost of this was so good I thought I'd get some for me too. Money well spent. I don't know which ingredient does it. Look at the ingredients. ..great stuff there. I have tried many of them. I think it is because the ingredients are mixed together? I have panix...iI drink coffee etc etc nothing has worked!! Whatever it is...it's ten bucks...So many companies charge crazy prices for something little. I hate when Doctor Oz says anything because every thing triples. Not this! Seriously gonna keep buying this! Feels great to not want to lay in bed all day!!!

I've been taking the True Focus, and Mood Support pills from Now for a bit, but it hasn't boosted my energy. I noticed that there were some redundancies with the mood pill for B*, Niacin etc, so be careful taking too much of both. For now, I just switched over to Focus and Energy, so far I'm feeling awesome! If I skip a mid day meal, I didn't get hangry, and have to take a nap. I have not had any caffeine in literally 5 years, with the exception of some tea from time to time. At first, I definitely was shot off to space by the caffeinated feeling, but on day 2 it's been much better. Overall, I feel like this is helping my adrenals beyond just the temporary boost of natural caffeine sources. It reminds me of when I took Adderall for a medication, but I can eat and have normal emotions.

I just received today, wish I can return it. But you can’t return it. No refunds. So I’m stuck with this product. I hate that it ingredients say maltodextrin. It's primarily a concern for its high glycemic index, which can cause rapid spikes in blood sugar levels, particularly for individuals with diabetes or insulin resistance. Additionally, some studies suggest it may negatively impact gut bacteria, potentially increasing the risk of inflammatory bowel diseases. I bought this too fast with high hopes and wasn’t careful to read the Ingredients changed adding maltodextrin.
