Within minutes of applying this I got relief. In several months of dealing with sciatic pain I used this to help and it did immensely. It not only helped with pain in my hip around the nerve route but also down my leg. Helped after PT and when I was doing exercises to loosen the Piriformis condition. I've used it on my neck and shoulders with the same result. The smell isn't medicine-like as much as it is pleasant and invigorating. the Highly recommend over several others I've tried.

I had back to back slip and fall accidents within 2 weeks of each other. In the second fall, I injured my shoulder, bicep and tricep areas. Serendipitously, this cream arrived on a day that I was experiencing quite a bit of pain and range of motion issues. I applied it to the areas where I was experiencing pain. Relief come pretty quickly and the range of motion was more flexible. Suffering from osteorthrits and bursitis, I've used my fair share of pain relieving creams and ointments, but I have never been as impressed as I am with this product. I've purchased other products from the Soothing Touch line, and I am very pleased with them. Their customer service is also excellent. I will definitely purchase this product again.

I was suffering from shoulder pain, I have consulted an orthopedic doctor in Jan 2019 and he told me my shoulder tissue damage and need surgery, but then I thought let me try to use Narayan cream, I have started to use this from March 2019 and till now, using everyday rubbing on the shoulder, pain is gone and no need any surgery, all broken muscles healed using this product. I am ordering this every month. I strongly recommend this.

Very good formula. Super effective for everything from clearing sinus pressure with just a whiff, to easing menstrual cramps and soothing muscle injuries. However, it's more expensive here than we've paid at Whole Foods in the past. Definitely note that it will fill the entire floor of a house with its potent smell! My family doesn't mind it, but I've used it in locker rooms and yoga studios before where the smell/ intensity really offended people.

They aren't kidding when they say, "Extra Strength!" I have been using their regular strength oil for a couple of years, with a lot of pain-free success. I decided to try the extra strength gel. First of all, it arrived quickly and was packaged well. This morning, I tried it for the first time, a squeezed a lot more out of the tube than I anticipated. I rubbed it on my poor, sore shoulder. Wowwee! I felt the refreshing cool breeze of a York Peppermint Patty! Even with 2 sweaters and a down jacket, my arm felt cold for quite some time! I personally like the smell, and the feeling of this product.Next time, however, I will be more cautious when squeezing the tube! Highly recommend for people with muscle aches. In my case, it's tendonitis. It won't cure you, but it helps. A lot. The seller was wonderful. The Amazon delivery service - not so much. It was literally thrown on my front yard. I doubt he even got out of the truck.

Great product, works as described, would recommend this to others.I have had leg and back pain due to over working, this product helped relieve the pain so i could sleep at night.

This stuff. THIS STUFF. I wouldn't call it a gel -- it is a light, easily spreadable, really goes a long way oily cream. But it is the strongest, best, most efficacious pain run I have ever discovered. And I know my pain: I have a connective tissue disorder and dislocate or sublux joints several times a week on average, sometimes many times a day. It got me through Disneyland on two subluxed knees, an ankle like a water balloon full of misaligned bones, lumbar stenosis, and sore everydarnthing.

this cream is great for minor muscle aches and pains. it isn't too tingly to where it becomes uncomfortable, and the smell is not as strong as icy hot or bengay. this cream also isn't greasy and doesn't leave stains. i purchased some for my mother and for my mother-in-law for christmas!
