Lovely intense flavour, but I had anticipated a smooth powder.I used it to flavour buttercream and the texture of the peel is a bit unpleasant to eat.

Liked the flavour it gave to my ganache, but had to add more than I was expecting to add.

Low in flavour and only a 'powder' in the broadest definition of the word
Surprisingly tasteless. In addition, the 'powder' is coarse, hard, and grainy. If it could easily be milled more finely. Baffling that it was not. Definitely not recommended for baking or patisserie.

Taste bitter rather then the Lemon tang i expected. Also the resealable bag was big enough to hold a Kg of the stuff, huge bag with only a tiny bit in the bottom!
