Maybe this is my own fault as it is called a journal, but I was expecting a little bit more actual information in the book. It’s literally a diary/tracker. It’s a nice enough product, I was just expecting some advice and insights to go along with activities and I just wanted to say exactly what it is for anyone considering buying it!

Fantastic book at such a great price... So much for kids to fill in/read...highly recommended..my 15yr old finds it very helpful for tracking her daily mood/anxiety etc to look for triggers.

I really love it, its really good for sorting your ideas and thoughts out. I noticed that people say its 'really good for a gift for a teen' but personally I think its better to buy for yourself, no matter the age, insted of just as a gift for someone else. It doesn't take up much of your time, you can do like a page a day and it still really helps.

Pretty good. Quite a lot for my daughter to do if she chooses to, which is good. Pages are kinda flimsy and the print looks faded but other than that it's ok
