This drain pump works great for my Samsung washer!
Worked like a charm! This is the second time I have replaced the drain pump in my Samsung front loading washing machine. I have also replaced the computer board once and the boot seal twice. I have had the set since 2008. And I found a great deal at the time… $899.00 for the set. Not for each… for the set! So I think I have gotten my money’s worth out of them. I replaced the heater core in the dryer at some point. Anyway, these pumps seem to last about 8 years from my experience. I think that is pretty good considering I wash dog blankets all the time. I assumed the dog hair had clogged it. Nope. When I pulled the old pump out, the turbine part just fell apart. It wasn’t from this same seller. This one actually said “ORM” on the box. Hopefully it will hold up!

Fixed my old Samsung washer
This replacement pump was what my 16 year old Samsung washer needed. My old pump was making a rattling noise and giving the drainage error. The disassembly was a bit laborious to reach the pump, but since replacement, the washer has worked perfectly, with no leaks.I recommend this product.

Genuine OEM part.
Installed today, no problem. This is an OEM part. If you remove the blank cover sticker, the sticker below it is the same as on the original motor. Very good price and quality.

Working great so far!
4 stars since it was installed a few days ago. The motor been put through its paces and has performed brilliantly. I’ve noticed our clothes are dryer, which I believe has something to do with the fact that it drains more throughly before the spin cycle.Installation was straightforward with YouTube leading the way! Took less than 2 hours to get the washer apart and back together..oh yeah, the repairman wanted $425, so it was well worth the 2 hours.

Maytag Man has nothing on me
Got our 21yo Maytag Neptune back up and running, had forgotten how quiet the pump was supposed to be. New pump looks like a quality part matching the OEM manufacturer Plaset.I do wish someone offered a terminal kit or pigtail as one of the two spade terminals had been arcing and melted the connector. I did manage to make something work for now.
