I am fairly new to acupressure and this easy to use guide has been an excellence reference. Easy to follow and understand. It has been an immense help.

I have been looking for charts with this information on it for sometime. These charts are well-defined, brightly colored and very easy to read. Each section of your feet and hands, top and bottom, are color coded and labeled. I recommend reading over the charts and reading over each section before trying to apply pressures to the areas.

The chart is full of detailed and useful information. It’s nice that the chart is laminated and is really good as a teaching tool. But the text may be small for some readers.

Good size, quite small while still being very detailed, good quality, thick laminate

The chart is on the small side, but gives a lot of information including, much to my surprise, how reflexology connects with the chakras. It is small enough to give some assistance during a session, if you are a professional massage therapist, but relatively easy enough to use if you are a layperson.
