With three simple ingredients, there were some concerns that this would not compare to other similar products. There was no need to be concerned. The simplicity in this jerky works. The cuts of meat were great and it was dried perfectly. The perfect amount of moisture and flavor. I highly recommend this product for those looking for clean, sugar free beef jerky options. Great jerky!

Terrible for humans.. Dogs will love. Smell is atrocious for the human but dare try to treat your dog… They may react like its the best thing on earth. These were absolutely horrible in texture and TASTE.. Ive reached out to customer service about this.. It is not beef jerky or anything of the sort, the beef was rather nasty and sinew tasting..

Delicious Carnivore mini-meal. Perfect moisture content: not dry & flakey but moist & chewy with a clean flavor. On the pricey side but worth it to eat clean on the go.

Don’t let it sit around.This stuff goes bad fast but is delicious when freshI ordered 4 bags and 1 of them came rancid so definitely some QC issues. Brooklyn Biltong has to look out for this because refunds for rotten product might affect the bottom line if this continues. The sell by date on my rotten package was in 2026 and I ordered it April 2025. You will know right away because it will feel kinda slimey and smell super sour. Thankfully Amazon gave me a full refund for both bags BUT other reviews say that Brooklyn Biltong the actual company won’t refund for rotten meat so if you buy this on Amazon, open it up right away and store it in the freezer if you have to. I might try to air fry or dehydrate them further for longer term storage.

I love this so much, simple clean ingredients, along with great taste makes it the perfect snack. It’s great for people like me who have food allergies, I can enjoy the food I love without worrying about a long list of ingredients that could possibly make me sick.

I understand that taste is subjective, but I didn’t enjoy the taste. and I cant give more than 3 stars.

This stuff is great and doesn’t kill my jaw like other jerky, I love it. The future of meat snacks!

Meh....its super soft... weird under taste.. maybe the vinegar... semi salty....and little crumbs ... not strips... will not buy again...the dog liked it..over priced.
