alright this cinnamon is solid, aroma hits soon as u open the jar, real strong and warm smelling not weak or dusty like some ground cinnamon can beflavor is good too, nice and bold, don't taste flat or bland when u add it to stuff like coffee, oatmeal, toast, or baking. mixability is good as well, blends in smooth without clumping up whether im stirring it into drinks or mixing it into battertexture is fine and consistent, don't feel gritty or chunky, real smooth grind overall. ease of use is straightforward, shaker top works good so u ain't dumping half the jar out by accidenthonestly amazon grocery is my first pick before name brand at this point, quality is just as good if not better and the price is way cheaper, don't see why id pay extra for a name brand when this do the same joboverall solid cinnamon, does the job and does it well, would cop again no question

Genuinely impressed by the exceptional quality and quantity you get for Amazon brand cinnamon. It is perfect size shaker that holds more than 2 oz of good quality amazon. Taste and Texture is very fine and smooth exactly what you expect in high quality Cinnamon BUT AT THE FRACTURE OF THAT PRICE. Cinnamon is a very versatile spice that adds flavor and spiciness without added sugar. It is extremely versatile -- works in sweet dishes (baking, desserts), savory dishes (curries, stews), beverages (coffee, chai), and even some meat preparations. I love adding a dash of cinnamon to my morning coffee and the smell is heavenly (in my opinion of course). In terms of Spiciness, it is certainly Mild, earthy warmth with no bitterness (Ceylon Cinnamon is slightly more bitter and less sweet in my opinion)... highly recommend.
