I take these daily as a part of my vitamin supplements. I will not use any other brand. They are a large size, clear gel type pill so if you struggle swallowing pills they may not be for you. Really no bigger than other fish oil pills I’ve taken in the past just something to think about if that’s an issue for you. I have no trouble swallowing them. I do not find any after taste or acid reflux. I believe them to be one of the best on the market. They were recommended to me by a trusted nutritionist so I recommend purchasing them if you take fish oil. They do not have a noticeable smell to me. They are a little more expensive than the fish oil you can purchase at the grocery store, etc. but in my experience you get what you pay for in some products and in my opinion, this is one of them. Worth the money.

I'm on my second bottle. There just the right size easy to swallow. Hasn't caused any stomach issues no nasty taste or smell. Price seems ok for the amount of vitamins.

Great product, I love that they have a Coq10 available. It’s very hard to find in a reputable brand. I do have some concerns with the brand being from a pure source.

For the FIRST TIME with this product, after ordering it for a few years on either Amazon or from the Nordic Naturals Website, the capsules were all melted together. Just frustrating that there is non return policy.I have been using this product for a while. Long story short, I am on warfarin for a mechanical valve and recently had an increase in my cholesterol and triglycerides. Doctor prescribed a statin for the cholesterol. On the statin alone, I was still experiencing high numbers but improved. I knew fish oil would help but also heard the COQ10 goes great with a statin. So, I began taking this product. I went in for a blood draw for my INR (associated with the warfarin and you don't have to fast for this test). They accidentally drew the lipid and I hadn't fasted. I actually had 3 eggs with 1/2 avocado about an hour before. My numbers were better than ever before! I discussed it with my cardiologist and he agreed that adding this product to the statin is what made the difference. God Bless Nordic Naturals for this unique, effective product!!
