Bought this ball to find an alternative to the expensive balls I had been playing and was pleasantly surprised! Expected a rock hard ball like the old school top flites but these are actually real golf balls that perform. They're comparable to B grade balls such as Noodle, Srixon, Nike, etc. Had enough spin for me too, my shots held and even zipped back on a couple wedge shots. Shot a 79 my first time out with them! Would highly recommend this ball for those that don't care about the image of playing Pro-V1 and TP5.

Is it a pro v1? Definitely no. However for the price the ball is of good quality, long, ok around the green and durable. I don’t mind losing these or even if not found quickly, just keep moving. I’d choose these over recycled or used golf balls any day. Down deep I’m pretty sure these were badged as another Wilson ball years back and still produced new currently under this model.I play on bent grass greens and it stops pretty quick. If playing the newer Bermuda greens these will run pretty far in a lot of instances. Not great around the green but manageable.Only problem is all 12 balls come in one box, no sleeves to save money. The package used by Amazon was just a packet which allowed the balls to come out of the box and were loose rolling around. A little tape on the box lid would go a long way or ship in a cardboard box.

If your a beginner or a weekend hacker you can't go wrong with these Wilson F L I. This is my second year golfing and have lost a few dozen but at this price it doesn't hurt the wallet plus your getting a darn good ball. When you hit them good WOW!! give them a try you won't be disappointed .

Updated review, I have played 108 holes six roundsusing this ball and it still almost looks knew. My last four rounds 14 over, 13 over 12 over and 18 over. From the whites. Prior to getting these balls 20.2 trend.For the first 36 holess using this ball against the MG Tour C4, a Pro V1 and a Volvik Super Soft. I played the Wilson on every hole against one of the listed competition and was amazingly surprised. It was usually long as the competition if not a few yards longer. It is a little hard, and putting it seams to come off the putter hot.I played only one Wilson for 36 holes and it was the only ball that got me over every water hole. Chipping is excellent and on two holes today even with the pool noodles in the cup I had two hole out on chips.I think maybe I relaxed more knowing I am not losing a $2.50-$4.00 ball in the water.You can't go wrong.I gave one to a guy I didn't know today when he saw me playing two balls. I said here try this tell me what you think. Older guy, well I am 74 so maybe he wasn't so old. He smashed and was in the fairway and said he was impressed for $10.

I have been playing these golf balls for about 6 months now. I am a pretty good golfer, and have used many of the more expensive golf balls. I can tell you that these balls are the straightest golf balls around. The distance is very respectable as well. I have been extremely impressed with the way they play from 100 yards in, too. I can put plenty of back spin on them, allowing them to hit and sit, and even get kick back on the greens. They work very nicely for doing green side bump and run shots, too. For the price, you simply cannot beat these golf balls. I have played the nitro balls, and things like that, which are around the same price, but those balls were hard as a rock and sucked!!! There isn't a better ball for the price than these! If you want a good, all around performing golf ball, for a price that won't break the bank, go for these. You'll be glad you did. I am!

These balls were a great ball for $10 a dozen but since they raised the price to $4 more a dozen they have become an average ball for the price.
