The price is not bad and the setup was very easy, but the sound quality after a month or two became not as clear as it used to be and had static or it just didn't transfer the sound through at all.

On April 12, I had the opportunity to set up this device. However, I found it to be ineffective and unsatisfactory. In my experience, communicating face-to-face yields clearer and more effective interactions, particularly as audio quality through the device is poor. Unfortunately, I find that I can hear others more clearly without this device, and I suspect it may be too late to pursue a refund.

This unit sounds great from both ends. Works great and very good price. We have only used it for a week so I can't speak to how durable it is but it seems to be well made. I do wish the cord for the customer side was about 6" longer, but buying an extension is not that big of a deal.
