This hair colour is superb!!! I had tried the "other" online custom colour and was disappointed. My hair ended up terribly dull and very dry.This colour has fixed that!!! It turned out beautifully and my hair seems the better for it.My only caution.....I ordered the "NN" as my gray is very resistant to colour and that appeared to be recommended. Colour is very intense and darker than expected......but gorgeous all the same!!! Will just go down a shade next time!!!This is now my go to!!!

You do have to buy the developer kit separately, but it’s still cheaper than a salon. I have black hair and didn’t want to bleach it. I’ve used other red hair color that didn’t show up at all because of my hair color. This was easy to use, barely smelled at all and didn’t stain my tub. The red showed up great. My hair feels great after using the shampoo and conditioner in the developer kit, not stringy. I’ll use this color system again, now that I know it works.

No harsh scent and saves me tons of money. I use half a tube for root touch ups each time!

My hair is just growing back after chemotherapy. Even before chemo, I started using a super-gentle temporary product that tinted my grays. I played with some purplish rinses recently, but they stained my bathroom surfaces like crazy while not doing much in my hair.I decided to try this dye in 'darkest blue,' partly because it is meant to help aging hair and partly based on reviews that it fades quickly.In my experience, it does what it says -- the color is deep and rich, my hair is shiny and looks healthier than before, and it was easy to use. However, it does NOT fade. In fact, I would like it to fade. I might have left it on too long, having become accustomed to 'semi-permanent' products that require far more time than directions advise.I think I know the problem: developer. Many of us are used to boxed products that include everything we need. If there weren't a "kit" associated with this that included developer, I wouldn't have known it was needed. I've never purchased it separately before. So it's possible that people who tried it and said it faded fast didn't buy the developer -- an easy mistake to make. My mistake was thinking, "Oh, this is going to fade anyway."I haven't had good luck reaching the company's help line via text for advice about fading or removing the color, and their email help form requires an awful lot of personal information. I've seen a lot of aspirin, baking soda, detergent, vinegar and other ingredients touted online as color removers, but I'm not sure what those -- or the company's color removers -- would do to delicate hair.

My hair typically takes 3 to 4 boxes of ion color, but I definitely could've gotten away with only two boxes using this! I ended up having to waste a lot of product unfortunately but now I know that a little bit of this goes a long way!

The end result was far from what I had expected, and I was left with a hair color that was nowhere near my desired shade.Not only did this product fail to deliver the promised results, but it also caused significant damage to my hair. The excessive darkening left my hair feeling dry, brittle, and lifeless. I was devastated to see the state of my hair after using this hair color, as it had always been healthy and vibrant before.I am incredibly dissatisfied with this hair color and the negative impact it had on my hair. It not only failed to meet my expectations but also caused significant damage. I would strongly advise against using this product, especially if you are looking for a specific shade or have been using a different color for years. This experience has left me hesitant to try any other products from this brand in the future.

I’ve been using this hair color for a very long time with no problems. I get no scalp irritation or break-outs. It’s easy to use. Mix it with Age Beautiful 20 volume Developer in a 1:1 ratio. It’s for people who are careful and know what they are doing.

I used to love this product and had been using it for a few monthsThis time consistently . I used to apply it myself as an alternative to not getting a hair appointment convenient to me .I’m upset this time my hair texture is like BrilloThe ends are fried and broken no matter what conditioner I use . Plus my dark ash brown is red at the roots !My hair is ruined and it was shiney and healthyPlease help

Why sell something that you can’t use whithout the other bit! Who sells developer separate to hair color! Seriously. Talk about making life difficult ….

Nice hair dye, I previously coloured my hair red and I wanted to go back to my dark brown hair. I tried the 3nn intense darkest brown and it perfectly covered all the red in my hair, the colour turned out close to jet black .

This was the exact colour I wanted. Very happy.

No grays just blond. Thats good!🎯
