Haven’t used it myself, but our professional cleaners have pronounced it to be excellent . They say it’s easier to use and much more efficient than the previous folding, rectangular blue sponge pad that they’d been using before.I think the ability to get the filaments into tight corners and wring them out very effectively as they proceed, has made a great difference. We certainly have no complaints about the results.
