PetPals Handmade Cat Tree Condo Bed (PP6371A)

We love this little cat tree. Love. We wanted something that would work for us, but also more attractive that your typical cat tree. And, we desperately needed a scratching post.We have a very, very fat cat. He would not fit on the platforms on most cat trees. Did I mention he's very fat? I wanted something small, but that had a place for him to fit. I saw this, and that large "bowl" spoke to me. I thought it would be perfect for FatCat (aka Buster). Don't judge.We bought the tree, and the cat was pretty interested at first, but only for 2-3 days. So, there it sat for a few weeks. Then, we got a new kitten. The kitten loved the tree from the very first moment she saw it. So, guess what, FatCat took another look. Now, both cats LOVE this thing. They play on it and sleep on it all the time. Of course, FatCat does NOT go in the huge bowl part where he actually fits. He likes the top, and even though he has to cram his body into that spot, with maybe some spillage over the sides (I'm just sayin'), he loves it. Besides the actual scratching posts, they love to scratch the baskets, too.Worth every last penny.

 I absolutely love this cat tree. Better yet, my two cats love it more! It's beautiful and functional. The cat basket is sturdy and comfy. My cats are pretty big - about 17 lbs (being conservative) and they're able to hop in there without worrying about it being flimsy. It's also short, which is nice for my older cat - but not so short that my dogs can bother them. It was pretty easy to assemble and as soon as I was done both my cats started playing with it! This is my favorite Amazon purchase to date, which says a lot since I literally order everything from here!!!!

First off, yes this thing is small, at it's highest it's 26 inches. That being said, this is exactly what I was looking for, and I love this thing.My cat recently suffered a stroke, and while we've done everything we can to make him comfortable, and his life as normal as possible, he still loses his balance quite easily due to brain damage, resulting in occasional spills while simply walking, and usually from small heights. I'm sure you can imagine that, being an otherwise happy and energetic cat, he was absolutely heart broken when we gave his cat tower away out of concern of it's height and the prospect of him falling off of it and injuring himself. Thankfully, we found this cat tower which, once assembled, he fell in love with immediately.So while small, I can tell you it's well made, easy to assemble, incredibly soft, and while it doesn't look it from the pictures displayed, the basket is quite deep, another fact I love as it keeps him from accidentally falling out of it.

I was skeptical at first that my cats would use this because they seem to hate anything I buy! It took them about a year to finally even use a cat tower I bought previously. At first when I put this little cat tree out they wouldn't go in it and when I placed them in it they ran away. After about a week or so they suddenly started using it and they love it now!! I put it in a spot where the sun hits it during the day and so they nap in there a lot now. My cats are big (I'm talking 20lbs each) and there is plenty of room left when they lay in the big basket. They also fit on the top one, but barely. Yet that doesn't stop them from curling up there even if it looks uncomfortable to me! So glad I bought this.

My cat has really warmed up to this piece. It really was easy to put together. The company sent a thank you and they use recycled materials so you know you are doing a little good by buying this product. It is sturdy so your cat can jump on the pieces confidently and scratch the posts with all their body weight and it stays put, even on my slippery wood floors (my cat is 10 lbs so she is not huge).I was able to put the pieces where I wanted to so the pretty gold label was facing forward and the tall post was against my couch. This was great! So putting it together was actually a good thing because you can get it how you want it for the flow of your place. The cushions were pretty good as well and seem comfy for my kitty.I wish that the tall post was taller, even just by 6 inches. They two levels are just so close together. The angle of the photo makes it look as if there is even more space than there is. I think it would be more fun for my cat if the second level was a bit taller. I have a 10 lb cat and the diameter of the top level and the bowl suit her well. I can see how a 20 lb cat may be on the big side for this piece.Lastly I wish it was not this like shiny tan color and was a matte tan. I think the shiny is tacky and honestly I don't love the way the color looks in my living room in an otherwise modern looking kitty house. I would not have not bought this because of the color, but I did not recognize from the photo how shiny it is, so that reduced my rating as well. I bought this because it had the things my cat likes but I also thought it would look great in with my decor. Some cat condos can just be an eyesore. I LOVE the design of this piece and if I keep it long enough I may even cover it in another fabric with new cushions and keep it indefinitely! Thanks PETPALS!

This piece is well-made and very easy to assemble. My 2 older cats liked it immediately. Part of the attraction to me is the low profile, as my cats are both seniors. They appreciate the easy jump up.There is room for improvement in that the smaller bed has a fixed cushion which cannot to washed. That’s a bit disappointing; thus 4 rather than 5 stars. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product.

Took my cats two months to even acknowledge it's existence, but now they love it.

I can't explain or describe how much the kitties love this little tree! One loves to lounge and the other loves to scratch. And I love the way it looks! It's beautiful! So many other cat trees look like terrible school projects made from rejected carpet pieces... YUCK! This is just lovely! Thank you!
