Wiring is loose into the speakers and I'm told the connection is bad on the other end of a call. It might just be the laptop or Internet, but it's happened enough with this headset to make me think it is the microphone. Sound quality is good and I can hear myself talk, unlike earbuds w/ mic. I really like the form of these fold flat headphones though.
