The quality of the product is good (no issue there). However, the package was sent with missing items. I contacted their service team, and they immediately sent me the missing parts. I understand people make mistakes, and I appreciate how they handled it.

Arrived and putting it together. Everything except these two N8 boards look ok. Once I get it together I don’t want to take it apart to fix this. I will revise my comment later but OOPS????

This was my first time assembling a full dresser on my own. Being I was on my own, it did take me 3 hours (with a couple 5 minute breaks sprinkled through out) and there was 3 times or so I needed an extra set of hands for a minute or two (which my teenage son was able to provide).The finished product came out nicer than I had hoped. Soft close drawers is a plus. No damage to the wood. Screws and parts were all there and instructions were straight forward. I feel like assembled, it would be priced at almost double what I paid to purchase it and assemble on my own.

Item arrived undamaged and was easy to put together. I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased a south shore bed about a year ago that I really love. I decided it was time to find a matching dresser and despite the reviews, I still purchased this one because I had a good experience with the bed. Overall, I really do like the dresser and it’s modern look and it serves its purpose. However, the box it was delivered in was really beaten up. It had holes and the ends of the box were both crushed. There wasn’t much for protection within the packaging, leading to quite a few chips in the boards (many of them being on the face of the drawers). I think the company could really up its game if it upgraded its packaging just a bit because it’s not a bad product!

I assembled it by myself! It’s sturdy and beautiful! Loved it! 😍

I was looking for a dresser for my baby's room, so I saw this one but did not decided for it. By my mistake, I clicked in the wrong button and bought it by mistake. When I realised it, it was too late to cancel as the product has already shipped. But Amazon customer service said to me I could not receive the product when it comes to my place, just ask the courier to send it back. But I decided myself to have this product and give it a chance, even though I saw some review about this product was not so nice. We assembled it in 2 hours, and the product looks nice! To be honest, by the price of it, it is better than I expected. Of course this is not real wood (and this is clearly described in the product specification, it is mdf), but for 170 USD this is SO nice. It is a really nice product, and it does its job... No complaints, and I really appreciate Amazon Customer Service. They are really good and helped me a lot to be satisfied with their service. Thanks Amazon.

Assembling furniture is not my cup of tea, so I was hoping that I would finish it without much fuzz or asking for help. I took time, assembled my working area, read the instructions, followed them, and I did it! I find the instructions more readable than Ikea. There was a missing set of screws for the last drawer. I called their CS, and they also had great after-sales service. That's when you know that the manufacturer takes pride in their products. The quality is excellent. The look is clean, simple, and classy. The dresser is heavy and sturdy.

Stay away from this product. The bottoms of the drawers are made from basically cardboard which is not capable of holding any reasonable amount of weight. The handles are all crooked based on the pre drilled holes. And just to tops thing off THIS DRESSER SMELLS AWFUL like chemicals and the smell will not go away. There is even a nice warning on the product that states: “This product contains chemicals including formaldehyde which is known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects.” DO NOT BUY unless you wish to risk your health. Straight to the dumpster, what a waste of money.

Really like this dresser. It’s everything I had hoped for. Assembly took a bit of time but was not difficult at all… in saying that I DID just assemble and IKEA bed frame. So ANYthing would be easy after that! LolIt is really nice tho and I shopped around for quite some time before purchasing. I think I got the best value for sure

Hello everyone,I got the product delivered today and to my surprise, the box and the product were damaged. It is the first time it happened to me while buying online furniture so, I decided to share,Also, I'm missing parts to assemble the product and another part doesn't fit at all...it looks like the assembly kit doesn't belong to this product.I'll contact South Shore to check what can be done about that, it's too heavy to return and I hope they'll have another solution.:)

The product itself is decent quality and size for its price... HOWEVER more than 2 of the pieces arrived dented, scratched and one piece was actually broken right in half. After contacting the company they were very helpful in arranging for new parts to be sent to us cost free, but it was still pretty unfortunate. More than likely won’t be ordering from this company again in the future.
