Great tool
It's well made and works well. It does take a long time to cool down but worth the wait

CHEAP RUBBISH
It burns immediately and goes black everywhere . We seasoned it etc like our others but - just rubbish . It stopped working after a few days so was returned

Great for all kinds of food!
I bought this to use instead of a bbq , it’s great for all kinds of food, steak , burgers, mushrooms, eggs etc!Quick delivery and I’m in the aisle of Man where a lot of companies will not deliver too even though we have 2 - 3 boats everyday and planes!! Definitely recommend!

BROKE IN JUST A MONTH
WE GOT THIS PRODUCT AND WE ONLY USE IT TO TOAST BURGER BUNS ON IN OUR CAFE AND ITS BROKEN ALREADY WE HAVE HAD IT A MONTH AND IT LASTED ON BUSY WEEKEND COMPLEATE WAST OF MONEY CANT EVEN FIND HOW I RETURN IT AVOID!

Plug started to melt. Then sparked and fused out.

Very flimsy
Bought this as a back up in my cafe. It does the job but is very flimsy. Not sturdy enough for commercial use. Quite dissatisfied
