height deminsions need to be modified
Product performs as advertised as far as visual is concerned. The dimensions need to be modified a little. In the description, the vertical dimensions are accurate. But consideration must be given to the clip that clips the lens to your glasses. The clip Does Not allow the lens to fully cover the lens flush to your glasses. It puts the bottom of the lens about 1/4 inch or 1.5 cm above the bottom of the glasses.

They are a little heavier than expected
These portable magnifying clip on glasses work very well for my low vision needs. They are a little heavy when worn for extended periods of time. I would recommend these for anyone that needs magnification for reading and computer work.

Too big & heavy
These work but they are really heavy & pull my glasses down my nose. Also the plastic tabs that clip onto my glasses angle into my view area & block part of it. Not the best design for my face I guess. The search continues!

Better than reading glasses or bifocals. Save money
I have four of these 1.5 2.0, 2.5, and 3.5 the 1.5's are my computer glasses everything is crisper. The others I use for various functions the 2.0 are great for hand work. writing, reading medical bottles, repairing small devices the 2.5 and 3.5 are great for small close up work like tying a fly or threading a needle. checking a relay contact. My glasses cost me a arm and a leg for Progressive lenses the price for good ones are $175 to $250 plus you got to try and find a hot spot somewhere down there. Plus the optician gives you what he thinks you need. Well I now just swap mag modes, if I need to and look through the center of my glasses at what I need to see. I honestly am happier with this purchase than I could have imagined. flip up feature is nice easy transition for close and far vision. put on to read a menu then put away till you need them again . If you are wondering at all by now yes these are wonderful tools for your aging or poor eyesight best use is for closer work 3 feet to 2 feet.

The Eyes Have It
I have tried half a dozen different options for reading magnification and none of them worked--until these clip-ons. They fit over larger frames without harming your glasses, add little weight, and are great for hands-free use. Optics seem a bit off, but overall they work great. They are adjustable and allow for various flip-up positions. Not fashionable but they really work. I recommend getting a higher magnification rather than lower. Highly recommended.

Difficult for mom to use…
My mom wanted a little extra magnifying power for prolonged magazine reading...Due to severe arthritis and limited strength, it was difficult for her to push the strong clip and get these on.However, it seemed like a good quality product, just too hard for her to use, so I had to return them.

Solved my computer monitor problem
I wear bifocals and was straining my neck to view my desktop PC monitor. Didn't want to buy another pair of prescription glasses just for this. Bought 2.0 strength readers and solved the problem. I like that the clips are almost transparent. Only downside is the extra weight. I've also found this useful for various workbench projects. No more misplacing and damaging glasses.

x1.5 is perfect for computer distance (60cm)
I'm nearsighted and recently got my first bifocal prescription and I was reluctant to get either a progressive or bifocal lens so I went with distance only glasses (which are super for when I am out and about). I could only read my phone (30->40cm) without glasses on but I was having issues with the computer screen at 60cm with or without glasses. There are charts and calcs to convert from 60cm to diopters and magnifications. I selected the x1.5 clip on and it is absolutely perfect not only for the computer screen distance but even for shorter distances (like the phone or a book). It is not suitable for > 60cm away. So basically these are perfect for any desk work I do. Yes they look a little weird if you wear them to a disco but for dek work they are the biz. Great product, good buy, I was happy there was an easy return offered but I will be keeping these. Happy customer

FANTASTIC! Great lenses. Just buy 'em!
I purchased two pairs, a 1.5X and a 2.0X. The 1.5X I use for when I'm a little further away from my reading material (computer or phone or book), the 2.0X I use when I'm a little closer. (Yes, you use lower power when you're slightly further away, not the opposite.) The lenses are super sharp, lightweight, and extremely easy to clip onto your eyeglass lenses. They're so lightweight that they don't drag your glasses down your nose much at all. How well do they work? I was immediately blown away the moment I clipped them on and looked down at my phone. The text was razor sharp. On my computer monitor, text is also crystal clear now--even font sizes as small as 8 or 10 point. As I have a 32-inch monitor, text in Windows can be really small. I was able to read these small fonts before, but after a while, due to their slight fuzziness, I suffered eyestrain and mild headaches. With these, there's zero eyestrain and zero headaches. These inexpensive gems have made me more productive as a result. I could not be happier!! :)

I Can't Recommend
I cannot recommend these clip-on glasses. Firstly, it is impossible to clip them on without smudging both my glasses and the clip ons because it is so hard to get them to fit and stay in place. Secondly, the rubber pads on the clip that hug my glasses are very visible, obstructing my vision. It's like looking through a camera with two thumbs interrupting the view. I will continue my search for a good clip on, but these are not that.

very well made
I have purchased other magnifying glasses for roughly the same price and they are less that half as good as these are. The price point is amazing. These ones have glass lenses and a metal frame. Very sturdy and also look good. They also come in a slender hard-shell case that fits in a shirt pocket easily. The case is a very welcome addition. Love the product and will buy again if ever needed. Highly recommended.

Fingerprints Galore
They are ok, a bit heavy, and the glass portion is kind of large, however they are useful. Unfortunately, they have the unique ability to attract fingerprints even when not being touched. Not sure how this magic happens, but I constantly have to clean them every time I put them on, even if they haven't been worn since the last cleaning. I wear them in the privacy of my own home, they aren't exactly fashion-forward, but they are functional.
