Blade chipped after first use. Where and which blade to buy?

I've not had an issue with the blade other than it took me a long time and many tries to get it sharp and set. I found it works best when set very shallow taking a thin shaving. Maybe you can sharpen the chip out of the blade?

Is this junk? Please help.

It's about as good as you'd think a 35 dollar No. 4 plane would be. Not total junk, but if you're serious, I'd save and buy a better one.
