Good electronics after 2 years but not really convenient to carry.
I have been using 3 of these power banks several times monthly for 2 years.PRO: Yield power as promised. Output power fast. Re-charge fast, especially on USB C. Didn’t lose power with aging over this 2-year time period. Gives you a choice of inputs: USB Micro or USB C. Output is on standard USB A. Indicates power in the bank with a continuous scale, not just 4 dots. Doesn’t get hot.CON: Not as easy to carry as you might expect. Inside the case It’s a dense little brick of metal about an inch thick. When tossed into a backpack or large handbag it goes straight to the bottom. And it quickly wears its way through the bottom of an ordinary fabric pocket. So if you need to have it available for easy use alongside your cell phone you need something like a handbag/backpack with leather or tough nylon pockets or a military pouch.NOTE: This product may have improved in 2 years.

Convenient and long lasting
Purchased this portable charger for a concert at a venue that didn’t allow portable charges larger than a credit card. Thankfully, this was the perfect size and I was able to avoid my phone dying while waiting in line in the morning and finding my way to the vehicle at midnight. I’ve found it to be very convenient though it is just a smidge on the heavy size compared to other portable chargers. Still, it’s definitely something I still use and would purchase again.

Great charger in a small package
I wanted a small charger, but could hold a big charge, and this fits the bill. It really is about the size of a credit card, except fat like a stack of a dozen or so cards. Follow the directions, charge and discharge it three times when you first get it so that the indicator light properly can tell you how fully charged it is. It charges things pretty quickly, so I ran it down by recharging my M1 MacBook Air (USB-C), an iPad and my iPhone. The product description is a little confusing... this has regular old USB-A type charging outputs (two of them) and two inputs for charging it back up (micro-USB and USB-C). I've used both approaches to charging it, both work fine. I got a couple of the USB cables that have three-headed outputs (so, USB-A to plug into this thing, and USB-C, Lightning, and micro-USB for output charging) and it works great using any of them. And also both outputs work at once (I hadn't tried it, but just did, with two iPhones on two output cables). They've each gone up about 4% points in charge in a couple of minutes, and the charger has dropped from 100 to 98. And all at a decent price. Everything I wanted.

Not 12000, more like 6000 to 8000 mah,but still decent value
Is not close to12000mah. I would estimate it is 6000-8000mah based on only 1 and 3/4 recharges of my device. Overall, it works well, very simple and not much to go wrong.

Very high quality, thorough instructions including conditioning
High quality battery bank with great choice of materials and complete detailed instructions including the initial conditioning of the battery. The Display is on while charging devices, and it is bright white LED display. It can be interrupted from charging by double tap on the button switch. The included instructions suggest an initial full charge then three discharge/charge cycles to prepare the battery bank and calibrate the display. I fully charged to 100% and when the display stops blinking, then plugged in two Goal Zero Luna LED Stick Lights (1 watt each) for 5 hours until I used the battery bank to charge my Toshiba 10.1" Tablet from one of the two USB-A outlets. With one if the Goal Zero Lights still attached, It took an hour to charge the Tablet from 62% to 95%, when I unplugged the tablet to stream a movie that we cast to the Fire Stick. I left the Goal Zero light plugged in 6 hours later charged my Galaxy S7 Edge phone from 60% to 100% before the Battery Bank was drained. It's charging now.

Didn't work
No idea why this item is so highly rated. My phone was at 60% and took over 1.5 hours to charge. I used multiple cords to see it that was the issue.I use my phone to scan for work and need a fast recharge to stay productive. For a fast recharge while out and about, it just doesn't cut it. If you want to use over night to charge that may work better, but you'd have to be in a cabin in the middle of no where for the convenience factor to kick in... otherwise just plug your phone in. Maybe I got a bad one? IDK... but it's being returned.
