Nice product
As a professional painter I used to keep some Amber shellac handy. Unfortunately it goes bad before I can use it up. These flakes are always ready. I merely add denatured alcohol and put it in my ultrasonic cleaner to mix it up. It works great.

This is my first experience with shellac as a wood finish. I mixed it in a Ball Jar with denatured alcohol and submerged the jar in hot water. The heat made it dissolve much better. I love the finish! I rubbed it out with fine steel wool and it’s perfect. I know it doesn’t protect as well as polyurethane, but shellac is much prettier and easier to work with.

Quality product
Dissolves and applies as expected. One small complaint, this product or the amber, which I combined, throw off a small amount of sediment, but this settles to the bottom and can be easily eliminated.
